Make a donation of $10.00 and over and we will provide you with an official charitable receipt to use for Income Tax Purposes. You can also make A Place Called Home your 'Charity of Choice' by providing post-dated, monthly cheques.

Make a donation in memory of a friend or loved one. A Place Called Home will provide a charitable receipt for you and send a specially designed memorial card (at your request) to the family of the person who has passed on. This card has been tastefully designed and will recognize your contribution. These memorial cards are also available at local funeral homes.

When you make a donation of any size (at Christmas time) we will provide you with a unique Christmas Card…a gift for you to give to that 'hard to buy person on your shopping list. This card will let the recipient know that the donation you have made on their behalf will help ensure that there is a safe place for the homeless men, women & children in our community to return to at the end of their day.
Our Christmas Cards feature original artwork by local artists and are a wonderful way to provide Teachers, Employers, Friends, Colleagues, Pastors, Customers etc. with a special gift. There are countless benefits to making a charitable donation of Securities. TAX SAVINGS are extremely beneficial. Giving shares directly to your Charity of Choice instead of selling your stock and making a cash donation is the more advantageous way to go.
